Prev.: The World Within: III
You have yourself,
you are not alone.
How "alone" do you feel?
"I am left alone," Alone?
"I feel alone," Alone?
"I have nobody and nothing," Alone?
"I lost it all," Alone?
"I was born alone and will die alone," Alone?
"Wide awake in the late AM," Alone?
"Sad, cold, and empty," Alone?
"Alone, lonely, and afraid," Alone?
"Nobody understands me," Alone?
You have yourself,
you are not alone.
You have this breath
you yet draw, this life
you share with the birds,
and the trees, and the winds,
and all else you see and touch—
you are not alone.
You have, at least, one person
who wishes you well.
You do.
You are reading this, are you not?
You are not alone.
I wish you well.
I wish you healing.
I wish you love—
and may you give it, too.
I wish you more life
and a happy one.

Hii,
I changed my wordpress blog URL not knowing that I would lose all of my 200+ followers I have gained since 2017. If you were one of them, and if you wish to continue receiving my posts, you might want to go to my blog and re-follow me. I’d love your continued support! Thank you so much. 🙂
