Prev.: The World Within: I
Speaking can save us
or it can destroy us.
Speech gives life
to our inner worlds.
When we choose to speak,
we also choose what to say.
Sometimes, it doesn't feel so,
but we do.
Some things come out easy
in speech.
Other things can feel hard
to speak out.
Some things do more damage
without than within.
We would rather keep such things
buried within us.
Other things do immeasurable damage
within than without.
They kill us the more we keep them
inside us.
They are the things that must come out.
We always choose to speak
or to not.
We always choose what to say
and what not.
We have our reasons.
Speaking can save us
or it can destroy us.
