(In)Complete

(You and I and everything…)

You may feel that you have all you need, 
alone. 
You may feel that much else 
makes no difference to your life, 
or grow tired of all you now deem 
burdens of life, of existence, 
or you may hate that you lose much 
to much else. 

This world is not solely yours 
for a good reason. 
We all need each other 
in one way or another, 
at one point or another, 
the living and the non-living. 
That we breathe or cease 
at any passing second 
is this: 
a web of connections, 
which make sense to you 
and those that mean nothing, 
often, on the surface. 

We all need each other— 
all that bear life, 
as all that is without life.
